We are looking for:

Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta & Taboola Focus)

We are looking for a highly strategic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Taboola. This role is crucial for driving customer acquisition and maintaining our premium brand positioning in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: End-to-end management of all Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Taboola campaigns, from setup and creative testing to budget allocation and optimization.

  • Performance Analysis: Deep diving into campaign data (CPA, ROAS, LTV) to identify opportunities for scale and efficiency, reporting directly to the leadership team.

  • Creative Strategy: Collaborating with the design team to ensure all ad creative and copy (including landing pages) aligns with the luxury, scientific identity of the Finch Marine Protocol™.

  • Audience Segmentation: Developing sophisticated targeting strategies and remarketing funnels to maximize conversion rates for our specialized product line.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience managing large-scale performance marketing budgets ($X monthly minimum) on Meta Ads Manager.

  • Demonstrable expertise in Taboola/Native advertising platforms is a strong asset.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and attribution modeling.

  • Deep understanding of the luxury consumer journey and cosmetics/skincare market is highly preferred.
